Captain’s Chair
This is where the Captain
of the ship or the current commanding officer sits.
Captain’s Ready

This is the Captain’s
office. In here he can hold meetings with his crew members, admirals on board to deliver orders, or alien diplomats.
CONN
The Flight Control console,
often referred to as CONN, is responsible for the actual piloting and navigation
of the ship.
Counselor’s
Chair
This chair is reserved for
the Counselor, the one who takes care of everyone’s mental health.
Engineering Station
The Engineering systems monitor
duplicates in simplified form the Chief Engineer’s primary status displays from Main Engineering.
Environmental Systems
Station
The Environmental Systems
station permits monitoring and control of the life support system aboard the ship.
First Officer’s
Chair
This chair is reserved for
the second in command on board the ship.
Mission
Control Station
This station
is a backup to the OPS position, but its main function is to monitor and assigns resources to secondary missions. This station
is not normally manned.
Observation Lounge
This is where staff meetings
are held and diplomatic negotiations take place.
OPS
This station is use to monitor
and assign the resources of the ship in order to insure that there are no conflicts. For example, the Stellar Physics department
is conducting an experiment using the lateral sensor to study a nearby binary star. A request from the bridge for a priority
scan of a planetary system might jeopardize the study unless OPS authorizes a minor change in the ship’s attitude, permitting
the Stellar Physics observations to use the upper sensor array.
Restroom
The name is self-explanatory.
Science Station 1
& 2
The Science Stations are
used by bridge personnel to provide realtime scientific data to command personnel. These stations are not assigned full-time
technicians, but are available for use as needed.
Tactical Station
This station is dedicated
to defensive systems control and starship internal security.
Turbolift
These lifts are used to move
from deck to deck, without using the Jeffries Tubes.
Turbolift
to Battle Bridge
This Turbolift is used to
move from the Bridge directly to the Battle Bridge.
