The USS Cobain is commanded by Captain Anthony, so we all report to him, but within Engineering, crew members report to the Joint Chiefs of Engineering: Lieutenant Commander Del Edwards and Lieutenant Commander Troy. Both of which can be contacted via email or through the USS Cobain’s Forum.
